In passing: the Chilcot Enquiry set themselves the task of LEARNING LESSONS regarding the Iraq War. I have sent an impassioned plea that they focus, not on decisions and mechanisms, BUT ON PSYCHOLOGY AND DYSFUNCTION IN INDIVIDUALS.
